I have been up and down. Yesterday was a down/low point. Today is a rally.

Out of work, out of shape, lab geek turns into a part-time barista, running bride-to-be. Further metamorphosed into a running newlywed barista and bank teller! Finally coming full circle and returning to my passion - laboratory work. Still running and training for various distances and races.
