Off and running!

Went out running again with Beth. There were definite moments when I felt like I could just keep on going... and then a hill would come. I'll take it as a good sign though that I can just get out there and run 3-5 minutes straight with not too much difficulty. I'm slow, but still able to keep moving.

About 1.5 months to get that up to 36 minutes. :)
