Taking the day off-- from strenuous exercise.

I will not be running today. I think a day of rest is due after 2 Jillian Michaels sessions (Monday and Thursday) and a moderately difficult day of running (Wednesday).

The diet, though, is NOT on a break.

I did reward myself for working hard with a small chai latte... with a shot of espresso. After all week of only having coffee without sugar and skipping out on pop, the drink was almost "too" sweet for me! It's amazing what happens even with the slightest cut in sugar consumption. It was still a nice reward/treat.

I love places that post their nutrition information online. I love them even more when they let you customize the drink/food and tell you the nutrition information :)
